These properties were purchased at bargain prices, then were fully renovated by DMVINVEST's in-house construction team per local rental market standards. DMV Invest LLC (“DMVINVEST”) powers a new way to invest in real estate that makes it easier for people to start their investing journey. With DMVINVEST anyone can be a lender with a fixed interest rate or buy shares in income-producing rental properties. DMVINVEST takes care of all the real estate operations so that investors can sit back and collect net rental income or their share of the home's appreciation. Our differentiated asset strategy and streamlined operating plan allows us to minimize costs through economies of scale and efficient processes. These two areas of focus allow us to deliver profits and peace of mind for our investors.
Earn up to 12% Returns:We have paid our investors millions in interests. Since 2014, investors have earned an average annualized return of 8 - 12% with principal repayment typically in less than 36 months.
Strict Underwriting Criteria:
1). We stick with “Location, Location, and Location” and discover low-cost, high-rent properties, renovate, and manage all properties by our in-house real estate professionals.
2). Only about 6% – 8% of all projects submitted for funding meet our underwriting criteria.
3). We implement rigorous tenant income verification and employment history.
